2026 One Health Student Award Request for Proposals
The One Health Institute (OHI) is funding a One Health Student Award Program that supports Colorado State University students whose projects implement the One Health approach. The One Health Institute recognizes the connection between human, animal and environmental health and supports the implementation of the One Health Approach to solve complex problems at the interface of humans, animals, plants and the environment. Our goal with the One Health Student Fellowship is to support student research that addresses an issue that spans and will improve human, animal and environmental health. We will award four proposals funding up to $5,000 per fellowship, contingent on available funding.
Proposals are now being accepted for 2026. The submission deadline is Friday, January 30, 2026 at 5:00PM MDT. Please email submissions to [email protected]

2026 One Health Faculty Pilot Award Request for Proposals
The CSU One Health Institute (OHI) is funding a pilot grant program to support interdisciplinary implementation of One Health projects by CSU faculty around the theme of “Addressing Infectious Disease through the One Health Approach.” This RFP is offered as pilot funding for CSU interdisciplinary faculty and staff teams to address an infectious disease using the One Health framework that affects the health of humans, animals, plants and the environment to better position them for competitive extramural funding in the next 1-3 years.
Proposals are now being accepted for 2026. The deadline for submission is Friday January 30, 2026 at 5:00pm MDT via CSU’s Infoready Review system.
